Live Plants and Seedlings

Because seedlings and live plants are perishable, all sales are final once the plants leave our care. I take great care to grow healthy, organic plants, and I encourage customers to inspect their seedlings at pickup. If you notice any concerns at the time of pickup, please let me know right away so I can make it right. If your plants experience issues after planting, I’m always happy to offer guidance and troubleshooting, but I cannot offer refunds or replacements for plants affected by weather, pests, watering, soil conditions, or other environmental factors.

Garden Coaching Services

Garden coaching sessions are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non‑refundable, but you may reschedule once at no additional cost. If you ever need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Order Errors or Issues

If there is ever a mistake with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup so I can correct it quickly.
